Course content may change on recommendation of your instructor, this will be to suit the client's needs and availability. Test dates will be agreed at time of booking, tuition times will be agreed between instructor and client.
Course must be paid for in full before test is booked. You must give 14 days' notice if a course needs to be changed or cancelled, or any fees paid or hours will be lost.
Progress school of motoring cannot be held responsible if a test is cancelled by the DVSA or by the client due to illness or any other reasons.
A valid provisional driving licence must be shown to the instructor at the start of the course. Any motor convictions or disabilities that may affect your driving or test must be disclosed when making your booking.
The instructor has the right to withdraw the car from test if the instructor thinks the client isn't up to suitable standard to take the test.
For safety reasons the instructor has the rights to change/move the dates of a course due to adverse weather conditions. In the event of mechanical breakdown of the instructor's car or illness to the instructor, progress school of motoring will do our best to find a replacement car or another instructor to cover the course. If we are unable provide a car or instructor your course may be moved to another suitable date. There is no guarantee you will pass your test doing an intensive course.
All our instructors will abide to the code of conduct set out by the DVSA.
